Fit At Forty - What Is A Capital Stewardship Campaign?

Inside this Issue:

The Solutions:

Roofs: New roofs will be installed on both the church and parish offices to stop leaking and prevent any permanent damage.

Heating and cooling: An environmentally comfortable church enables us to prayerfully focus during liturgies and services. A new energy efficient boiler will be installed. The air ventilation system will be re-worked to better and more efficiendy distribute air throughout the church. Air conditioning will be added for hot and humod summer months.

Wall cleaning: Our church is award- winning and architecturally stunning but challenging to clean. Scaffolding will be installed and walls cleaned to minimize any disruption of church use and pew seating.

New Lighting: A new lighting system will be installed to create better visibility, more- lighting options and efficiency.

Hearing Assistance: A hearing system will be installed in the church speaker system to enable individuals with hearing loss to better hear during church services.

Physical access: The church offices will be made barrier free for individuals with physical limitations for easy access to the church offices.

Church carpeting: New carpeting will be installed in the church to make the church cleaner, more attractive and welcoming.

Future parish center: In the near future, Wilma hall needs to be replaced with a new parish center. To be proactive, initial "seed money" will be raised for future architectural costs, etc. for a new parish center.
