Q. How do I decide what I should commit to our "Fit at Forty" capital stewardship campaign?
A. Prayer and reflection! One of the campaign themes is "Not Equal Gifts, but Equal Sacrifice." Everyone is blessed differenty. Although everyone cannot give the same amount, if our gift is motivated by a genuine level of sacrifice. ..then the gifts are equal in the sight of God. ". ..but each of you with as much as you can give, in proporlton to the blessings which the Lord, your God, has bestowed on you." Deuteronomy 16:17

This chart illustrates the type of three-year pledges (committments) needed to reach our financial goals.

"It is our peril as Christians that we forget giving is a response to the grace of God. Stewardship requires a change from imagining ourselves as owners to seeing ourself as trustees."
-Bishop Robert Morneau
